Eyebright flowering herb (Euphrasia off.)
Goldenseal rhizome & roots (Hydrastis can.)
Mullein leaf & flower (Verbascum oly. & thap.)
Boric Acid, USP (1%)

In a base of grain alcohol, distilled water & vegetable glycerine.
