Digest-It-All: Humulus Lupulus (Extracted for 8% Lupulinum), Cayaponia Piauhiensis Extract (Cayaponia Tayuya), Tynanthus Panurensis Extract (clavo Huasca), Ginger Roo, Giant Knotweed.

Directions: Initial (first serving) instructions: To assess your individual tolerance to the supplement, take 1 capsule 45 minutes before your first meal of the day.

For Usage: Take 3 capsules before your first meal of the day or if you need to operate a motor vehicle within a few hours of this meal, take it before the meal that you will not need to operate a motor vehicle within a few hours of.
