L-Carnitine

L-Carnitine is a conditionally essential amino acid. Its primary role in the human body is the transportation of fatty acids to cell mitochondria, where they are then used as energy. Supplementing with carnitine can benefit any weight loss program through fat reduction, energy production and increased thermogenesis.
