Cissus Quadrangularis

Cissus Quadrangularis is a vine found in Africa and Asia, and is one of the most commonly used plants in traditional medicine in Thailand. Cissus has been used in a variety of aspects including:

In bodybuilding, cissus quadrangularis has also been used as a substitute for anabolic steroids. Perhaps the most common use of cissus is aiding the healing process of broken bones.
