There are various forms of creatine, and like protein powders, these creatine supplements also come with their own drawbacks and benefits. After creatine, nitric oxide supplements are probably the most sought after supplements on the market. Nitric oxide (NO) is a gas that is created from the amino acid arginine. NO causes the veins to dilate, allowing more blood to flow through. This results in greater muscle pumps that last longer, better vascularity and a harder look to the muscles.
